The hotel has classy and well-equipped rooms that are comfortable, with very good AC and facilities, though they lack natural light. The service is great, particularly from Roberto, who goes above and beyond to meet our needs. The location is superb in a nice neighborhood with easy access to many restaurants. The dining experience offers a variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room lighting issues.

The service is just very nice and welcoming, with an eye for detail and helpful staff. The location is in a nice neighborhood with many great restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was first-rate with a good selection of food. Overall, it was a remarkable stay, especially thanks to the excellent service provided by Roberto.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were really well equipped and comfortable, boasting the best shower I've experienced in Colombia. Although they didn't have much natural light, they were still cosy with lovely furnishings.

The service was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, even providing gluten-free options. Dining options were bountiful and fresh, especially with a wide range of fresh fruit, but lacked some variety like peanut butter.
